    If it was an older s10 with the 2.8 I don't think there'd be much problem since the 2.8 and 3.8 have identical motor mount positions...

    so now its off to u-pull for the motor mounts and what ealce i can find/ I need/want
    I found a guy that can do some special /custom work on the intake I’ve been looking for the pic he sent me of how he fit a 3.8 SC in a dodge Shelby

    I have put 3800s into just about everything...

    Put a 3800 turbo setup into a full sized tahoe before... thing worked awesome, built for towing his 6000lb trailer behind his 5000lb truck, and he gets 14mpg pulling and 18mpg not pulling.
