Hey guys, Ive read through about every single spark plug post and I cant come to a solid conclusion. Recently I started getting a miss during WOT runs about midway through the powerband. It hasnt set any engine lights or anything but when the motor was built I put copper plugs in it which I hear go bad fairly quick. I just bought some Bosch Platinum plugs but after reading around on here Im not sure if i want to throw those in now. Im stock besides a ported S/C and an aftermarket PCM. Are the autolite 606's a decent plug at this point in time or is there something better out there? thanks in advance

You might be good on AL104s since you have bigger pisons.

the only downside is I dont have any way to scan the car right now so I dont want to try and get to cold of a plug or experiment around until im back to school. But food for thought thanks for the input

ended up going with the 606's and im satisfied so far. My miss is gone and it feels like i gained a little power back, the old plugs were pretty trashed but they were copper and had roughly 11k miles on them

I’d say you made a good choice, you want to run the hottest plug you can. The closer to stock heat range the better IMO. Your tune might like the 605s better, you might want to check your KR sometime

The 104s would come into play if you start changing pulleys.
