    I heard of some people running e85 gas....is this safe? What's the pros and cons?

    It requires tuning too. You can't just pump it into your tank unless you have a flexfuel vehicle

    what do ya wanna know about it mang?

    in a sense its like race gas for ~2.89 a gallon... few less mpgs but the pros DEFINITELY out weigh the cons...

    is there some specific info youre looking at?

    What would I have to do to my car to make it run 85? How much less mph's?

    the only thing you need to do right off the bat is minimum 60lb injectors (some get away with 42.5 but not too long) and a tuner...

    and if mph=mpg in your comment then ~30% drop... ish.... I went down more like 20%...

    but I assume youre running premium, and (around here anyway) e85 is about a constant 25% cheaper than the premium so its really not costing you THAT much if anything... if youre lucky (like me) youll end up saving money...

    If you don't have enough stations around and don't own a tuner, it's going to be a pain in the rear to figure out how to keep the tank full of E85 all the time with not being able to switch. Goodbye roadtrips.
