Water pump question for 2004 gtp

While attempting to change the water pump all went well until
I got to the bolt behind the power steering pump pulley hard to see
anything in that area i can feel only one bolt threw the holes behind
the pulley, my question is what are my options here?

the p/s pump has 2 bolts, top and bottom in the pulley holes, and the idle pulley needs to come off too, its blocking the bottom bolt of the water pump, needs a t-45 to get it off.

looks like this after the pumps off. the closest idler by the crank pulleys comes off.
