Is there any where else to get Aluminum valve covers other than ZZP Performance $209 and PRJ Performance $450??? Yes I've seen the ZZP ones on ebay for $199.99. The ZZP ones look like stamped aluminum where as the PRJ's are just bada$$ built. But they are $450. Not really wanting to drop $450 on valve covers. Ideas????

Don't have a TIG welder or I would. The company I used to work for had an awesome TIG welder. I was the Tool & Die maker that also did the welding for myself and the the others when needed.

The zzp ones are cast aluminum from a casting made from stock valve covers that the ridges are filled in and then polished.

In short, there's no cheap option for aluminum valve covers unless you have an L36 and use f-body valve covers

Step 1: Acquire stock valve covers
    Step 2: Acquire aluminum foil
Step 3:Cover stock valve covers in aluminum foil
Step 4:You now have Aluminum valve covers!

And yeah, the cheapest way would to be to fab them up yourself, or plasti-dip them if you're just going for the look.
