    all I need to do is get this idler on to finish the swap and I can't figure out how it goes on there hopefully using existing bolts

    yup, two more.

    I got mine from the donor car though.

    IIRC the one in the block isn't very long.... not nearly long enough.

    Yeah..Bill ensured you had them. Because..not any old bolt fits there. Those three are special.

    BTW had you posted them, ....kinda like I suggested. We'd have told ya what they went to.
