I searched and didn't come up with anything but i was wondering if i would be able to reuse the valve cover gaskets when i put my 1.9's in. If i can save $50 that would be awesome. Thanks.

Nope. VC gaskets have known problems to leak... so why not replace them now so you won't have to later?

I hope your time to replace them later is worth more than $50.

Buy them online from Advance, as pick up in local store and use a discount code to get them cheaper.

Not changing VC gaskets and grommets is a mistake, unless you've changed them in the last 6months
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Just change them. You'll be glad you did. Get the blue rubber ones too and replace the grommets

I reused VC gaskets once. I had only driven a few miles and needed to remove the VC to check the rockers. Other than that, replace them. Even if they only have a few weeks of driving, the gasket will be deformed and will not seal right. Replace them.

When you pull the covers and run your finger across the entire gasket (generally the bottom) and if it's flat with the cover, replace them. If they have a decent sized "bump" in them they should be ok.

If you've never replaced them. Replace them.
