Yeah that was something I was wondering the other day, I would definitely do this one, but mostly asked myself is anyone had developed a twinscrew rotor pack to swap with the m90, I mean the market is there. Lots of cars have m90s and swapping the rotor pack would be way cheaper than getting a full twin screw sc.

It would be great if there isn't a pack that fits the m90 as a direct swap, that some company may just develop it, like zzp, wbodystore or prj and profit from it.

In reality...all you would really need is an adapter plate if you couldn't find a actual bolt up one...and the correct snout length.

IIRC, when the AnimuL Whipple kit came out years ago, it was a regular W140AX case/rotors..with a custom length snout.

"Tim Clifton, at "Magnuson", said they have built one M-90 TVS style like mine, but dont have records on it anymore.
He is still researching on it.
They may have the machining program files still, just have to locate them.
He said that Eaton sends them a basic body, and they mill or change up the internals to house the type of rotors.
If he can find the mill data, more can be made, or milled to work. He also said Roush may have the files."

^^^ Tells me that you would spend more money into having your case milled (to house the rotors), buying the new rotor packs, new custom bearings, and custom tuning to keep it from blowing up your engine... than it would cost to just upgrade to a difference supercharger or go all out turbo.

Nice to have a custom unique supercharger but not worth the money and hassle it would take to put it all together... a simpler build would be better. Besides... to a normal person it would just be another supercharged v6... nothing special. You'd have to inform everyone of how much work went into THAT design and most people wouldn't appreciate it

You kids are going to end up spending $3000 on a blower that makes you an amazing 15whp more.

Also, Eaton has made very few "twin screw" compressor style blowers... anything they have done in the compressor style blower market has never been mass produced nor would it ever come close to fitting inside a m90 case.

The "twin screw" stuff you are thinking of here are basically just gen6 roots blowers.
