So...I'm close to doing the top swap on my 02 GT and plan on puttin headers on when I do it. I was surfin ebay to see if Speed Daddy still had their headers on there and I ran across these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-08-PONTIAC-GRAND-PRIX-GTP-3-8L-SUPERCHARGED-HEADER-/130536352953?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories &fits=Make%3APontiac|Model%3AGrand+Prix&hash=item1 e6492acb9 . I like the design but not sure about the quality or reputation. I was wondering if anyone here might be using a set or know someone who is. Just curious...if I dont find any info on them on any of the forums I'll prolly just get the SD's. I'd rather buy the known than be a guinea pig for the unknown. Thanx in advance for your replies.

Those are pacesetter knock offs. Typically they had trouble sealing at the Y and the EGR tube area was too small for the egr.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I have never heard anything good about those. Why not get the SpeedDaddy headers?

^^Because that would be too easy?

You know the money you save buying those...you'd spend more on materials and man hours getting them to work right, leak free.

    Basically, don't cheap out.

Thanx for the replies fellas. Well, Ibwrong, the thing I liked about these headers was where they put the flex and how it didn't have the sink trap style downpipe like the speed daddys. I was leaning towards the speed daddys anyway and after seeing what BillBoost37 had too say, thats all the nudge I needed. Speed Daddys it is then!

I saw those too CTKGP09. Looks like they buy their knockoffs the same place Speed Daddy does. I actually had that very ad already saved to my ebay watch list before I posted thread but, its good to have someones first hand knowledge to back up my choice...thanx man.
