hey guys finally got all the parts installed on the car :
    - Aero force scan gauge
    - boost gauge ( getting 8psi on 3.4 Pulley)
    - headers. 3 inch down
    - thermstate 180
    - AL 104's gapped at 52.
    - overkill tune pcm
    - 3.4 pulley
    - cat back exhaust
    - open cone K&N kilter 4 inch inlet.
    - NGK wires.
    - running on ultra 94 octane that i found in my city and rarly on 91 oct.
OKAY! now to start im getting rough 4-5*KR at WOT which isent too good. the power is there tho. and im also getting hesetation like a misfire only at WOT. what could this be wire new plugs new and all gapped corrrectly.
why am i having soo much KR? after putting on all the mods? an soo low of boost like 8 psi on 3.4 pulley isent right..

Did it begin happening after the new plugs and wires were installed? 8 psi on 3.4 seems ok to me, headers and exhaust will decrease boost due to less restriction..

Need a better tune. If upping to a 3.6 kills the KR then your probobly making more or the same power

    Anywho...

8psi is fine. The problem is it is elsewhere. Are your mounts bad? Is your front sway bar flipped upside down to avoid the downpipe hitting it?

    Check those.

Also...AL104's gapped anywhere from .050"-.055" would be fine.

Which cylinder are the misfires on? I'd think that's where you'd concentrate your efforts.

The gtp's Overkill tune was rather too rich. Probably ~10.5afr wot. Saw plenty of KR (4-7*) at the top. Might be worthwhile to look into that.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

I had sent you an email regarding that. Its a mailing only address, all you'd find is a UPS Store.

I'm certainly available for in-car tuning if you'd like me to have a closer look at the vehicle, we just need to make an appointment. I'm booking just over a week in advance at the moment (track season, busy).

    Email all inquiries to willoverkill@gmail.com!
