    Hey guys.. Getting ready to get some machine work done on my L67... Took out the balance shaft to make room for a double roller. How is everyone addressing the rear oiling hole? Is there a method of closing it better than others? Thanks.

    You only need to remove the pulley.

    Not the entire shaft.

    Yeah... SOme people have used an expansion plug... Seems to be a good possability... I am not sure how you are supposed to drill it when you dont have a clear straight shot at it...

    :-( I see nothing about the balance shaft hole at the bottom of that page... I must be missing it...

    Where he puts the bolt. That's into the balance shaft oil hole.

    That guy suggests removing the oil filter bypass.
