OK so long story short, I have had my green 97 gtp for a while now. It was pretty much stock, but i parked it to do some work to it for a while and my girl fround a black 97 gtp that "ran" but needed some work.....the car had some sort of "tune" on it......otherwise stock with 3.4 pulley.....i know i know.....I put my stock computer on it, put my stock blower snout on it, did fresh plugs, bla bla bla and it ran like **** and found out it had a hole in number one cylinder, so k member came out of my green car and is now going into her black one.....then I will build something different for me.....
Well is all this swaping around and taking things apart, I kind of half forgot which computer was which. I put on in the back of the black car, which i believe was the one I had tried on the black car that came from my green car.....Well I want to use the one from the green car for now because it is stock and not a ****ed up only god knows what tune.....Is there a way to track down which numbers on the computer belong to what vin number car? I use the torque app for android so idk if I can see what vin is stored in the ECU with that or not.....any other ideas for tracking the computers down by the numbers on them? I dont have hp tuners yet so that is not an option right now lol
