hey guys, i have a 98 gtp l67 with a 3.4 pulley autolite 605's and u-bend delete. In your opinions what would be the next "best step." according to my tech 2 i only have 2-3*KR at engine operating temperature (about 210 degrees)and wide open throttle, which seems pretty low. im looking to keep this a daily driver but want a little more umph, and to keep up with some of these ricers here in Virginia lol.

plog= lazy way of typing powerlog ya either get plogs or headers, headers being the better choice.

Headers should reduce kr and increase hp greatly as far as I know.
I think the people on here like SpeedDaddy headers best but not sure. Powerlogs are sold by ZZP.

Leave your res or you'll hate life. And after headers maybe a cai. 180 stat if u want. Then you need a tune

    NO.

Keep the resonator for christs sake, please LOL.

Also...you NEED headers and a tuned PCM...and dropping to a colder temp T-Stat won't help until you get a tune...you'll just get ****ty MPG's. Also...I didn't think TechII's could scan at WOT...and I hope you don't mean revving it in park...because that isn't doing anything.

ok so keep the resonator, got it. and yes the tech 2 can scan at anytime the key is in the run position, wot makes no difference. so to tune the pcm, i would have the buy an aftermarket one? or just an aftermarket programmer to tune the factory pcm?
