Turbo is fine, rear mount are terribly inefficient

STS turbos are horrid ideas. Enough said.

Oh and 12's are not fast. 12's are normal for factory cars nowadays.

I've priced out a Whipple build...and let me tell you...it isn't cheap.

Go edumacate yourself on how a turbo system works.

You'll never want a rear mount after that.

Do research on why STS turbos suck. Room in the bay doesn't leave room for more mods, thats just stupid.

That pretty much take the cost stand point out of the GP's corner there...now it's just down to preference. fwd/auto or rwd/manual? v6 or v8? I think the choice is easy.

so, supercharger and procharger are better ways to go in your opinion? i just love the sound.

No one said a supercharger or procharger is the way to go. We just said don't go rear mount turbo. Put the turbo in the engine bay.

couldn't have guessed that :p i love the svt's, beautiful! but mustangs are so common and goats are rare ( in their own way)

If rarity is a concern... why aren't you buying a 964 turbo?

yea, g8s are nice too. but really, i love the look of a cyclone grey metallic GTO.

I see GTOs all the time. They're as rare as and SRT-4 or a Cobalt...

there were less G8s made then GTOs
