How do you port a m90 gen 3 supercharger?

I'm want to port my supercharger but I'm not sure on how to go about it. I've looked it up and people say its fairly easy. Can someone please explain to me how to port my supercharger. Do I have to get a tune after I port? And what kind of power will I gain after porting?
