    im looking to get either a north star tb or a ls1 tb. looking to get a used one from a salvage yard

    what year and model car/truck do i need to get the ls1 tb off of,
    and what year cadi do i get a n* tb from to still retain cruise
    99gtp 3.4"on ported m90, zzp 1.0 pcm, speeddaddy headers, stock mufflers w/cat and res delete,104's,FWI,180* stat, exhaust ported heads,Dog bones flipped, 18" 350z wheels

    Best advice is go to RockAuto.com and cross reference p/n's. You'll get the list of vehicles the throttle body's are found in and be able to go from there. N* is a 2000+, the 98-99's are different.

    N* P/N for search: 12560099
    Not 100% if the 98-02 LS1's are correct but, LS1 P/N for search: 2172252

    Did you find anything? Would this bolt right up with a L36, do i lose cruise control functions?

    No it won't bolt up to a L36.

    You wouldn't want to bolt it up to a L36 anyway though because you don't need it. If you have a supercharger than people do have adapter plates that would allow you to use it.

    You would also need a new bracket for the throttle and cruise.

    i have a csc so how would use the ls1 throttle body. Do i need a custom made adapter from the L36 to the ls1?
