Sorry.. Intake gaskets don't cause fluid there.
That's one of three things.
1. Seepage. Seepage in that area is caused by the LIM bolt no longer sealing. These bolts go into areas that have oil return or coolant passages in the head. Seepage is slow and not something I would say is a big concern unless you clean the area and it fills quickly.
2. Dirt, grime and water. Dirt and grime gets all over. Add a little potential water from washing etc and it can look nasty.
3. Valve cover seepage. Our gaskets and grommets wear out and cause seepage/leaks. While it's less likely for the VC gasket to seep up here, it's possible and oil does splash around when the motor is running.
I'd suggest cleaning it down. Whether you are looking to go in for intake/valve cover gaskets soon or just want to keep an eye on the potential leak, it's good to clean it down. Then keep an eye out as to what is going on and where it's coming from. That way if a repair is needed, you can do the repair that fixes the item causing the leak. Mechanics sometimes misdiagnose a leak because they don't have the ability to clean and then spend a week or more looking to see where the leak is coming from.
