Hi people. Im getting some knock when off boost also when coming of the gas. Getting some when upshifting at wot also. Theres no kr at wot throttle just randomly as described.Just after some more opinions. Im thinking it maybe false knock.
2000 model 145000 klm 180-183 comp on all cylinders.
    Composite stealth cooler
Isx2 cam 105 springs manley retainers double roller vitons
    Ported blower outlet
    Cold plugs
    Ported lim inlet
    Resonator delete
    Custom base tune
running 13psi/79mm pulley seeing 10 psi max on gauge.
Im suspecting false knock as the tune is very conservative max timing at wot is 10d and my w/b shows 10.9-11.0 af at wot. Also running 98 octane with octane boost added.
aussie spec stock exhaust is twin system twin cats/mufflers so flows ok
Other info maf reading is10500 wot. Coolant temps around 85c . I have a log file but its tuner pro if any1 is keen for a look. Thanks guys.

    11 is damned rich.

    try 11.2.

11.5 or so if you're intercooled.

    How are the plugs burning?

    Nice and browned?

Whats the AFR shoot to when you let off the gas?

Can you not upload the log to scandepot?

It seems scan depot is down at the moment so thats not an option.

Are you able to export the file in an excel spreadsheet?

If so, that'd work just swell.

Do you play with Decel settings?

Only thoughts are that it runs pretty rich and after playing with that a lot, the decel tables may need some tweaking.

Also sounds like a little false KR coming from the trans.

Hey there. Ive not touched any tune adjustments the base was made up for me to build on hence the low advance and rich a/f. Im still at the logging and researching stage. I wanna have a good understanding of tuning before i jump in. Anyway, whilst out cruising last night @30mph steady throttle like 3-5% running of boost in vac i look down to see kr build to 8d then slowly trail off. It surely cant be real. So i look i my log nothing strange all normal.
on another note it appears im maxing out my maf tables @ 245 gs @5000rpm after this gs is flat at 245 and it leans slightly even with a stock exhaust.. Considerind the cam makes more power after 6k im gonna have to go mafless or adjust tables so this tune is irrelevant really.

Try decreasing the PE enable point. In american PCM's the table is called "PE TPS% enable". Set it so that you get more PE at lower TPS%.. stock in american cars is like 43%, most set it to 28-32%.
