When I WOT my car from a stand still, I don't spin the tires much at all. Heres a video to show what I mean, I am giving WOT in the video from the start.

Maybe this is normal for a stock GTP, but from what I have heard, it should be easy to spin the tires.

Potentially your pcm has learned your ways and it's holding you back via torque management.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Mine is tweaked quite well, but with a 3.8 pulley... typically you struggle to do burnouts. The 3.4 pulley really really increases your tire melting ability.

Cops dont like burn outs.... Just saying

Plus burnouts give you nothing except lost time if your racing... Its better you dont spin your power gets to the road quicker if the tires actually catch

My car came with michelin's and ive heard there pretty good, maybe there just grippin well lol

Oh and thats the first time ive floored it from a stand still in my car lol so its not like im spinnin tires all the time.

I'll try to reset my pcm and see if that changes anything.

if i give my car less than 1/2 throttle off the line im a squealing the tires.

i only broke them loose one time and i was doing 10 or 15 mph when i nailed it to pass some dick bag who couldn't drive.

i need a new motor mount and trans mount so i don't want to go ripping the engine out of the car the easy way if you know what i mean lol and my trans is old with brown fluid still so im babying it too.
