Can anyone give me some good ranges my LTFT reading should be at?

I'm stock except having a short ram with a open cone filter. Running 93 oct gas.

    213k miles

Have a bit of a stumble just cruising around you can't really see it in the RPM gauge but you can feel the car surging? When it happens.
Random CEL for a evap but I have a gas leak when I fill up so I know that issue.

I have replaced the vacuum lines and T.

MY LTFT was around -14 around 2k RPM 45mph
I have hit -22 LTFT under boost. I never go into the + side of the LTFT readings.

I'm new at this so if you need more info let me know.

Ideally you want LTFT's at 0. Plus or minus 3 or so.

youre running really rich. in the negatives means the car is trying to pull fuel and right now its maxing out what it is allowed to pull.

    something is wrong.

-21 means the evap is purging. You need to fix the evap
