I've got the outlet finished now i need to smooth the inlet. I really don't want to have it ported, just nice and smooth. Does anyone know the best things to use. I have air tools at work just not the right bits.

just use a flapper wheel and smooth it out. its not worth making it any bigger unless your throttle body is big enough to match.

What grit is good to use, like a 40 grit then 80 or just 80?

i dont think there is such a thing as too smooth, but starting with 40 will help speed up the process, i did mine with a dremel flapper wheel and they were 80 grit it took like 3 wheels total to get mine done.

    those cast are god awful

im not sure about your area but most diy stores should have them. I actually got mine at menards for my dremel but i also picked up some bigger ones at my ace hardware that would be perfect for a air powered grinder
