First of all, don't laugh at me I know what I'm doing... kinda.

This is an M62 supercharger off a 2007 Cobalt SS...
I want to swap this blower on my Regal, in place of my GenV. Just roll with me on this one... I can figure out all the PVC/Vacuum issues on my own, I just need help with some sort of an adapter plate.

I've seen intercooler setups for an M112 swap where the intercooler case bolted to the lower manifold and then the blower bolted to the case. I need something like that I think but I'm not sure I want to use an intercooler...

The dimensions work out perfectly so long as the blower bolts down in the right location.

    Any ideas?

Saw this a while back. Not sure if it even bolts to your version of the M62.
Adapter Manifold, Eaton M62 Supercharger, Buick Pontiac | eBay

And I'm sitting here trying to figure out....
What are you trying to accomplish with this?
M62 pushes 62 cubic inches of air per revolution
M90 pushes 90 cubic inches of air per revolution

Wouldn't you be able to accomplish the same thing if you under drove the Gen V?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Thanks Bill but thats not the sort of adapter plate that I need.
I need to bolt the M62 specifically off the Cobalt SS to my lower manifold, unfortunately it doesn't just bolt right up

I plan on making a lot more power than an M112 is capable of making on a cam only L32.

All I need is an adapter plate and I can go over to the dyno.
When I'm all done with it my expectations are over 350whp without an intercooler or meth on 93 pump.

I'd do a LS9 blower. No Ford here!

    And smile it's Blacktooth Grin!

I know some guys that would talk to someone like the guy selling phenolic IC's or make a mockup one out of wood. You could literally use two pieces of wood, figure one out for the charger, another for the lim and then mate them and figure it out the rest of the way. You'll also need to determine the placement based on belt path. I assume you are looking to put the pulley in the same place as the M90 would land. So that'll determine a lot of the other stuff.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Good idea Bill. Yes the pulley is going to need to be in the same place. Since I can't use my LIM for mock ups because I need to drive my car... do you want some company after work? I have a few friends who deal with local machine shops that are looking into this further and at this point I just need a LIM to take measurements and what not.
