    my current setup is sd headers, 3'' downpipe, no cat or res. to magnaflow mufflers... sounds ok at idle but sounds not so great on the gas driving faster than normal....

    MODS: 3.0 MPS, CAI, SD Headers w/Custom 3"DP, 160* T-Stat, NGK TR6, Full Size intercooler, #42.5s, Ported LIM & Gen III, LS1 TB w/85mm MAF , s1x Cam, #90 Springs, Intense Pushrods, EGR Delete, Cat and U Bend Delete, Magnaflow Resonator & Mufflers, Fully Built ZZP Trans, 2800 stall Tuned by KHP Peformance

    It's because you need a resonator.

    Either a factory one or a glasspack.

    nick....why you gotta be harsh? lol jk yeah definite on the res or glasspack. if you get a glasspack then make sure to get the fattest and longest you can

    What up Galveston? And yeah, the res delete and magnaflows are droning you out. We may have to meet up and race to East Beach..lol

    03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

    i called a muffler shop today and they recommended me to get a magnaflow resonator for $140 installed..would that be ok? keithgtp03 thats koo we can anytime...just for fun..

    Doesnt sound bad to me. I just had a shop charge me $50 to change the wrong gasket on my downpipe... didnt know till I left and had to pay up cuz I drive with my daughter had no time and leaks are no good. So Id say thats ok.
    1998 GS with Open cone, PLOG, ZZP Catless DP, tune & Intense MPS 3.6. Pulls good enough to make the woman smack me and call me a D!*k.
