Ok so I have 2000 GTP with 160k and I decided to do the LIM gasket replacement a couple weeks ago. Everything went pretty smooth car ran great for about for about a day then the trouble began.

Problem 1: I threw a p0101 maf malfunction code. Ok no problem threw another maf in that I had sitting around code went away.

Problem 2: I then threw a p0443 evaporative emission system purge control valve circuit malfunction. I havent really looked into this one yet.

Problem 3: The other day on a cold morning I started to drive my car and it stalls at a stop sign. It starts then dies a few more times. Finally I get it warm and no problems after that. I get home throw the scanner on it and its throwing a "pending" code p0101 maf sensor malfunction! Now what are the chances that both sensors are bad? This code I deleted and hasnt shown up again yet but its been only a fe hours sense I deleted it.

Problem 4: On my way to work the other day i stepped on the gas at a light and noticed my rpms real high before shifting. It was hitting 4k before the trans would shift. So I put the scanner on again and now throwing a "pending" code p0121 tps malfunction. Should I replace the tps?

Oh and on top of all that my boost indicator thats on the dash is not working at all. I step on it and no bars on the gauge. I still have to look into that.

Im hoping that some how all these problems are related and can be fixed. Should I start replacing sensors and hope this fixes the problems? Please any help or input would be great!!

I would check for vacuum leaks, does your scanner do live data? If so look and see if there are any dips in the tps value going from 0-100 engine off.

not sure if the boost gauge on those is computer or mechanical. it would be a vaccum line. double check everything you removed because one little thing could cause a problem. the MAF sensor could cause everything your having problems with. yes it is possible both are bad, maybe try double checking around the throttle body. did you remove the sensors from the tb or just leave it? it could be many things. sounds like the lim gasket is fine and everything but something went wrong in the putting back together of another componant that was removed?

tps is more likely to cause a shifting issue and a maf code, than a maf code to cause a shifting issue and tp code.

Aim for the evap, likely that's a vacuum leak and causing most of your issues.

Codes are a diagnostic guys best friends.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I did find a leak on the vacuum line that goes from the supercharger bypass solenoid and the accessory/brake booster connector on top of the supercharger. I hope this fixes my problems.

Now my only other problem is the fitting on the supercharger bypass solenoid cracked off. Everything is so dried out and it came right off. Can I get that part at a store or is it a dealer only?
