Back fire from under car? Check the plug wires to see if you put them in the right order. Also check the plugs to see if one is cracked. I know the rear plugs are a pain to get in. Good luck

Still trying stuff so now I disco'd the harness to the bcs. Car isn't bogging at all and runs better. I'm assuming this cuts off boost though since I don't have full power but bogging is gone. Any have any ideas?
Figured I'd update everyone. I was still testing and trying different parts when I got to the tps. Went to pick up a tps from Dan in Sheboygan but needed gas before I left. This was the same ****in full tank of gas from right before swapping out the clogged cat. I noticed water at the filler neck before I filled up and started wondering.. Only put 20 in and tested it out.. Sure ****, bad tank of gas. Everything is working fine and had full power back. My regular station had run out of 93 so I filled up at one down the street. I'm guessing he was low also and I caught the bottom of the tank.
I'm gonna leave it like this for a few fill ups and see how it runs. Hopefully thats all it was so... Thanks everyone for all the help and suggestions. I ended up learning more than I planned but its all good.
wow, bad gas? ive personally never run into this problem.
