I found an intense stage 2 turbo cam for really cheap and was wondering if it would work in a sc engine? I'm getting parts together to build the engine a little. I don't know anything about cams so any help is appreciated thanks.

Ok thanks i'm picking up next weekend really cheap and if i end up not using it i'll just sell it on here.
It'll work...but...here are the specs for a ST2 ITC
214º/206º, lobe lifts: .331"/.320", valve lifts with 1.60:1 rocker arms: .530"/.512", lobe separation angle: 116º, intake centerline: 110º
But a stage 2 blower cam...
214?/222?, lobe lifts: .332"/.338", valve lifts with 1.60:1 rocker arms: .531"/.541", lobe separation angle: 115?, intake centerline: 111
So is it better than stock? Sure...but its made for a higher RPM application and it doesn't have as much exhaust duration as I'd like in a cam in a motor that likes to flow to run right.
I'd save my money and buy a XP or S1X.
Follow teh rules Vet...you got a for sale thread...PM the guy if you want.
not really the best cam for an s/c car.
