Ok long story short P0102 CEL.

Before i go out and get a Cardone maf sensor i check a couple things.

    1. Plug it self is getting 12v from 12v wire and ground wire at maf plug using a DMM jumping the 2 wires.

    2. I tested the signal wire 3.6v. From what i read and heard this should be 5v and change with rpm. Even reving the engine it stays at 3.6v

Go to advance and get a cardone ((never heard of) Reman). Install it in parking lot Great no light and runs smooth. Drove around for a while then from a stop it started to bounce a little (rpm) go to take off it hesitated. I have the DMM with me so i check the same stuff. 12v and ground are fine but this time signal wire is 0v and will not change. But no engine light (yet)

    Fuse is fine

IS this just another bad maf? Found it strange my old one read 3.6v and new one is 0v

Any other trouble shooting i can try?

Signal shouldn't change voltage. It changes frequency.

On a good DMM you should have a Freq. setting, if you do, check that, but without an oscilloscope it is hard to test that signal, Don't forget that a DMM just gives an average, so 3.6 is high, but maybe it doesn't switch all the way to 0v and you are just reading the center of the swing...
