    Guys,

I know this may sound REALLY dumb; but bare with me. Can you add the below electronic fan to the already supercharged 3800 in order to increase air and theirfore increase horsepower? I'm saying use the below with the stock supercharger and a 3" pully.

    Electric Supercharger 5 PSI Vortex

Ideas? Thoughts? Am I crazy? -- YES.

    I know what I'll do..

I'll get a tank of compressed air, a big ass like 50 gallon tank in the trunk.

Then I'll rig up a pipe from the trunk to my intake manifold, and when I press a button I'll install in the console, it'll open the valve on the compressed air tank and shoot pressurized air into the intake manifold.

    Instant Boost. +50whp I bet

It should work great, since the electronic supercharger is such a restriction it will offset the fact that the 3" pulley may end up being safe, acting like a 3.3" pulley. If you are stock you would be better off with a 3.5-3.6 pulley, intake and exhaust mods.

I have an 98 gtp with a 3.5" pulley running 93 octane (premium where I live)
    my other mods are:
    - Ford f150 K&N air filter apollo style cold air duct to drivers foglight
--side cutout to take a 3" intake bellow from a mustang
    - Methanol injection into rear of t/b @5 psi boost, 5 gal/h (30%methanol)
    - Transmission tuned with higher pressures ~10%
    - Transmission tuned with quicker shifts
    - Timing adjusted for max timing without knock

    Future
    - Speed daddy headers.
    - more timing.

thats a big ol POS!, its for a n/a motor, not a sc engine, its full of fail either way.

the compressed air tank in the trunk sounds like it needs a patten put on it too. lmao!!!!!

You should've stopped right there lol electric superchargers are a practical joke that manufacturers play on people who don't know any better. 100% pure ripoff. You'd be better off with a damn leaf blower.

Also, if you already have the supercharger why not just invest in some supporting mods for a pulley drop. DO NOT DROP A PULLEY SIZE WITHOUT THE PROPER SUPPORTING MODS.

OP, do you have any idea how much ballpark HP it requires to turn the M90 blower to produce 5PSI? Quite a bit more than that 900W fan.
