So I went to my brothers house today to get some lunch and retest my car since I got the PCM reprogrammed.

We tested for knock and it is now at 5*. Also, as reading all of the parameters, I noticed there is now a misfire on Cylinder 4 ONLY AT IDLE. After you give it a little throttle it disappears, load or no load.

What should I do about either of these? I am thinking Methanol inj?

    Let me know, thanks!

First figure out why 4 is misfiring. Pull out that plug and visually inspect it. Move wires around and see if the problem follows the wire or stays with the plug. You never want to mod over a problem. Always fix the problem first and the start tinkering.

IMO, meth is a waste of money. You can get new intercooler kits for cheap (ours is under $1000) and used intercooler kits for even less.

I will check out Cyl 4 later tonight after work. Just remove the plug and take a look, see about gap and all? And then inspect wires?

Also, I would get an intercooler, but that is a lot of money for me. I get paid.. not enough let's just say. $1k is what I get paid in like 2.5 months haha. And that is if I spend no money (gas, insurance, etc).

I understand. In that case, yes just check the plug. Specifically make sure it's not bent or damaged in any way. Assuming it's not, then switch it with another cylinder and see if the problem follows the plug or stays with the cylinder. If it follows the plug then the plug is most likely bad. If it stays with the cylinder then use the same process of elimination but this time swap the spark plug wires.

    Reptile did the tune.

And yes I will check the plugs and wires, in the morning now because the engine is way too hot after the drive home. Haha. Will keep it updated.

PCM reprogram, SD headers, CAI (9" open cone), new spark plugs/wires, 3.4" pulley, 180 degree tstat, and I'm sure there is more I don't remember.

i bet the knock is false.. id be willing to bet ur downpipe is hitting sway bar.. get under the car and see how its sitting, i bet the DP is either sitting on the bar or reallly close to it... i had to flip my sway bar after SD header install and i was getting 5-6* of false knock before flipping it.

Oh that is interesting. I will check that out and the plugs as well soon. The past few days i have gotten really sick and haven't even been driving anywhere.

    I will keep everyone updated.
