anyone on here ever have or had black widow mufflers on their GP....I like the tone of them. There are videos of them on a ford raptor with lil drone inside the truck, and vids of them on cammed cars at idle they sound amazing. They wake up under throttle but are not loud when cruising. I got a xpz 04 ...just wonder if any has had them I'm done with deep tone exhaust ears melting off with all that...I like the performance tone of these things!!!

what do yall think of them? check em out

    Apples to oranges

What it sounds like on a v8 isn't going to sound anywhere as good on a 3800

ive got XPZ cam and I just like the sound of its loop not really caring about having a deep sounding exhaust anymore ...ive had the 1300 borla system for our cars and it was melting my brain and couldn't keep baby girl in there too long ...had to scarp it which sucked wasted money ....im looking for mufflers that will just make that cammed sound louder simple and seems like these would do the trick if u get what I'm trying to say ...no more dinosaur noise .....ive got headers no cat to a glasspack its all 4inch stock to where it spilts to duals ...and sounds ok but funny

I understand what you saying but you think they would be better then stock? just want a cammed car sound out of them not a deep tone ...just a performance sound just above stock sound with no drone are what there advertised as being .....they got a video on youtube with them on Farmtruck from street outlaws and all you hear is cam...more than bass

Ever since I went to a cam, every inch of exhaust "sounds" like its lesking when pulled up along a building or drive thru. Even though it's not. The back end of the car lopes nicely with the gmpp magnaflows but it's still loud as snot.
I'm worried changing to a quietier set up would degrade my performance or sound
2003 Buick Regal GSX lots of mods - click here to see latest build - http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...ld-for-the-gsx

yea that leaking sound gets me too ....im willing to try new thinks no one seems to try ....BlackWidowexhaust is a new company and I just read this passage in there Testimonials and if a Honda can sound decent with them the our cars should b ok sounding as well

"I wanted to try something different to get away from the typical Honda tin can sound and I think I accomplished that. It sounds deep at idle and mean at full throttle. No rasp or annoying drone and doesn't sound like I'm trying to race everybody from every stoplight definitely not the typical Honda fart canon. Everyone that has heard it has been very impressed with it."

Try finding mufflers off a GXP or Dynomax VT's.
