    Gotta unbolt the downpipe to changed the manifold/downpipe gasket so I can pass inspection on my 01 GTP What do you guys find easier, Unbolting those two bolts from the top or bottom? What size are those? 12 or 13s? I've been working on SHOs too long.

    I think i did top. Unbolt the dogbone engine mounts and use a strap to pull the motor forward. And all i remember is that the bolts on one end of the DP are metric and the other end is english. Confused the hell out of me.

    been awhile since ive taken a them out but isnt the nut welded onto the flange?

    Depends on your tool selection. I have a deep snap on ball pivot socket and a two foot piece of extension with a long handle ratchet. Makes going at them from underneath a piece of cake.

    Believe they are 13mm I normally do what was said above rock the engine forward and get an extension after it.

    FWIW I have seen 13's and 15's. 15's may have been H body cars though.
