Doesn't a bigger throttle body give you faster throttle response?

an intercooler alone will not do anything but allow the car to run up to its' full potential in stock form.

An intercooler would however be a good supporting mod for anything that you do down the line.

easily a 3.4 pulley. beyond that will require a lot of tuning and paying attention to what youre doing.

do throttle body spacers do anything to help the car ive heard they dont actually add any horsepower or torque but do they at least help gas mileage or help get better air flow or are they worthless

Moving down in pulley size is the most effective way to increase horsepower. The question is how far down in pulley size can you go for any given amount of mods. I wrote this up a couple years ago. Check it out.

Thats the most effective way to increase torque, not HP.
