The Mass Air Flow sensor on my 97 GTP is acting up (car hesitates a lot after any complete stop) and its time to replace it. A nearby junkyard has one from a non-supercharged grand prix. Can I use this one and put it on my supercharged grand prix? Will I have to mess with the PCM at all?

Yeah I cleaned and also had it checked out at a shop (who also said I needed a new one).

They said its working but not working properly. The car hesitates when I accelerate and yeah the ses light is constantly on (P0102 code).

Nevermind, I just went ahead and bought a remanufactured one from autozone. The car is running strong again.
