So ive looked around and so are they any Ported Upper and Lower Intake Manifold sets with the metal gaskets and all?
I have a grand am 3400, and there are competition series upper and lower intake manifolds ported and polished with gaskets etc.
are there any for a 1997-2003 GTP?
all ive seen is LIM and they dont even say anything about including Gaskets..

you dont need a ported lower intake manifold unless you have ported heads to go with it.

Just wondering a bit off topic...why a Northstar?

What mods do you have to support a throttle body for a cammed or full size IC setup?

Nonetheless...a stock blower matted to a N* probably isn't great...open up the inlet to match the TB and open up the outlet a little...if you open up the outlet too much...it'll hurt ya...and you'll lose boost.

throttle body is a waste of time unless youve got valvetrain work.

He's talking about porting the blower.

Wanna bet it isn't tuned for it?

I'll put $5 on that or it being a canned ZZP pcm that needs to be canned..lol

Overall though, an LIM is very open. The size of the ports in the heads would become smaller than the LIM and be a flow restriction if the LIM was gasket matched without the heads being done.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
