Car is running rich. Tons of black all over the back bumper. Would this be due to my BBV being blocked off ( recirc line capd)?

why would you block the line on your BBV?

also, none of us are going to be able to make a good guess unless you give us some data off a scanner. we will all just be pulling at straws and hoping.

you dont block the recirc line though, its still there...when you top swap you block the solenoids line so that it never sees boost/vacuum on the solenoid.

No you take it off and leave it in a box.

The top line sees vacuum and no boost and the bottom sees atmosphere.

its blocked due to me having no time to find the right vacuum line to connect it with.

will this make it run rich as hell?

5/64 or 5/32's forget which one.

get that in washer fluid line and you're done.

It depends if you leave the top or the bottom line off.
