I'm getting ready to put my heads on (ported/polished L26) and I've bought some Fel-Pro head gaskets and I'm wondering if I should use copper spray to help seal them? I have seen a lot of people on both sides of the fence and I'm not sure. I'm getting my heads milled and cleaned up at the machine shop, so they will be a perfect surface, if that makes any difference.

its MLS gaskets you need to use copper spray.

If you have some, sure, use it.

If not, I wouldnt be overly concerned.

Also, while I'm in here, does anyone know of a good write-up for pulling the motor? I understand there is a few bolts that are a ***** to get at. A "How To" would be nice. Thanks!
