    im gonna dyno my car eventually but i was wondering what kind of hp but mostly torque i have with a 3.4, headers, intake, plugs, wires, tune. i know it will vary from car to car but give me a range of what i have power wise.

    220? What? I thought out l67 engines are 240 stock?
    Gen V, 3.0, Stage 2 heads, XP Cam, SD Headers, N*, LQ4, ZZP Stage 2 Gen 3 Intercooler, CAI, AL 104's Gapped to .055, #130 Springs, 42.5lb Injectors, ZZP Tune.

    240 crank, not to the wheels. A chassis dyno measures to the wheels not crank. There around 190 WHP stock. 220ish is pretty normal for a 3.4 setup

    okay cool. yeah im mostly just looking at torque since that matters more. but otherwise my car runs great.

    Torque is probably somewhere around 230-250

    Basic physics. Torque makes HP not the other way around. It's pretty simple, you either make HP by having torque or by taking the Honda approach and spin everything stupid fast.
