    I have been talking to ASE GM Master Tech on just answer and here is what he said about the cat.

    A clogged cat would decrease vacuum and increase boost

    now disconnect the lower vacuum line on your BBV and see what happens.

    Bad BBV valve (more then likely), or belt slip or a bag gauge

    I tested the BBV and it seems to be working. Im about to go get a new belt and try that out

    Well got it fixed replaced the belt and cleaned the air filter, will be putting the DP in soon!! THanks for the help.

    dont buy a downpipe, just get headers,they are $220 or something crazy low like that.

    evan with a dowinpipe your exhaust isnt flowing as much as it should, youd have to replace the front exhaust manifold as well. this is why the headers are great. front and rear mani, crossover, down pipe, and ubend all taken care of
