ok i am still new here i think this is where i ask this. i just bought it and want to know ,if i want to run a 3.325" pulley will these mods stop it from knocking. Cold air intake, 180* tstat, headers, catback, autolite 104s, and 110 octane, when i am running the pulley i would have it be a quick change pulley of coarse and normaly be running a 3.4" one on the street any help would be greatly appreciated

a 3.325 from a 3.4 is going to barely make a difference. its not worth buying that pulley when you can just increase timing instead.

now, if you were dropping to a 3.2 or lower pulley from a 3.4, id say go for it.

otherwise, with headers you should be able to run a 3.4 if you get a tune. with 110 octane you can run a lot lower pulley, but are you really going to run that all the time?

i would be running the 3.4 pulley on the street and with 94 octane which is pump gas at sunoco in canada i think i might go for the 3.2" pulley then when i am going to run at the track . and as for the price of 110 octane i dont know how much it is per gallon cuz i get it for a discount price because of my friends using it in their hot rods and race bikes .. how low of a pulley can i use with Cold air intake, 180* tstat, headers, catback, autolite 104s, and 110 octane, with out causeing any problems i cant do tuning it just confuses me but i could buy a pretuned ecu i guess.

I wouldn't go lower than 3.4". Beyond that you'll want some sort of valve train mods (cam or rockers).
