Ok so i put some headers and rockers on the car and had everything torn apart...the car runs...but i am getting a missfire code on my hpt scanner...I think it is in the back bank of cylinders...i am getting spark to the back bank for sure...i think it may be fuel injector related...i sprinkeled some water on eack of the header tubes on the back and front and when they hit the front they evaporated immeditely. while on the back they just sat there. i cant see the engine running on 3 cylinders but that is just what i saw.

Is there anyway to tell on my scanner witch one is misfiring??

Is there anyway on my scanner to tell if my injectors are working right??

And yes all the plugs are on right...i dont know what else to check some one help

Just as a note, I know my PT can tell me exactly what cylinders are mis-firing. Does HPT not do this?

I thought you had them on right Just goes to show that no matter how sure you are about something, it never hurts to double check. Glad to see you got it figured out though.

What's funny, and this is a true story, I had someone actually put the plug wire boot on the exhaust manifold stud. You may think it's silly, but it was close, and with gloves on it feels like the spark plug.

HPT will scan individual cylinders for misfires. Just add each cylinder from Engine Diagnostics into the Table Display by right-clicking on an empty cell and selecting Insert.
