Not sure on the exact name. I just went to the dealership and asked them for thier supercharger oil (parts store of a dealership will have it). Not sure on this car (havent changed yet) on the bonnie i opened her up sucked the oil out (can make some interesting devices for this) and replaced with the new SC oil. Not sure if thats 100% correct way to do it though.

It's called supercharger oil and yup... that's all ya do.

I like to use an old spray bottle from say windex etc. The tube fits into the charger and you spray out the old into the bottle, cap and toss away.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Buy 2 bottles. They're 4oz. You'll need about 6oz.

I actually can fit both bottles in there...all 8oz. Don't see the point in buying two bottles when you only use a drop out of the 2nd one. Never hurts to have a little more since it does wear down pretty quick.

i paid about $10 per 4oz. bottle at a local dealer. intense racing has s/c oil listed at $8.95 for an 8oz. bottle. i haven't used it so i'm not sure how it stacks up against the oem stuff. here's the link:

Hm, interesting. I probably got like 6.5 ounces in before it got to the threads of the hole... and I was parked on a hill with my rear lower. Of course, you have a different supercharger - is the capacity different between the two?

Pretty sure they weren't...then again you said you were parked on a hill so it could have messed with the level you saw in the snout.

Probably a 5% grade. But... it should have meant I could fit more oil, not less before hitting threads. Maybe it sinks down a bit... guess I should check on that later, now that it's been swishing around in there.

when i had my blower off last i put some fresh fluid in there and it took two bottles to fill it.

I paid 4.65 a bottle at the dealer.... and thats the LIST price for the stuff.

Still have the invoice if no one believes me.

As often as you replace the motor with those mods.

just so you know, I drove for about 1000 miles in a week with the supercharger belt off while I was waiting on parts. I didn't have any driveability issues and the gas mileage didn't go up or down that much. So yeah, before you blow up your car, get more mods.
