I say you're good right now with the 104's, but you should definitely use 103's when you drop to a 3.2 pulley. I have my 104's at .053" with my 3.4 pulley.
2000 GTP: autolite 104's, 180 t-stat, shift kit, open cone spectre, 1.9 rockers, polished TB, ported blower, SD headers, zzp mps/3.4 pulley, 42.5lbs injectors, Reptile tune

I would keep the 104's gapped @ .060" if you can...if you have no knock with them then your good to go...most people don't put in 103's until your under the 3.1"/3.0" mark as they are very cold plugs and only last MAYBE 10K miles tops.
