    is there a program i can download to scan my pcm using my laptop?
    also what is a good program for tuning with you laptop?

    tuning.. look up dhp powrtuner and hpt tuners. Not free.

    To scan you need a device that scans obd2 codes... not free either.

    No, that would be scanning for KNOCK.
