so I bought a new pcv valve for my car since I've never changed it. I pulled the plastic piece with the 10 mm bolts off and to my surprise there was none. Did some cars come without one? I'd like to have one in there if it's suppose to be there. I'm surprised this hasn't caused any issues. Can anybody lead me in the right direction?
no gasket, no spring, no pcv, just some O-Ring that didn't even fit right.

I'm retarded is what the problem was. I took off the vacuum tee instead of the "right" PCV plate. I was half asleep when i did it.

ROFL! On a more serious note, glad you didn't try to put the PCV valve in there.

well, in my own defense I was running on 4 hours of sleep after a night of drinking, half dead from the flip flop of the 3rd shift sleep schedule and dealing with a crying 4 month old at the time. I'd say I was a little unfocused. HOWEVER, this is by far the dumbest thing I've done in a while, which ain't bad after watching youtube videos of people trying to park.
