I have a set of zzp fuel logs, first gen style that bolted to your valve covers.

I ran them with my SSIC with no problem. Now i have a custom built 1.75" tall core, and the rear rail seems like it is hitting the bottom of the blower, and the rail can't align correctly, and the injectors are not sealing right.

PLEASE don't tell me that it's a problem with the fuel logs. I've used them for a few years now and have had 0 issues. If anything I think the new setup won't allow me to run these

Will I have the same problem with other fuel rails? ZZP Gen 2 or PRJ???

Thanks for the help! I'll snap a few pics when I can

pictures would better explain your problem since your intercooler core is a one off. have you tried bending the brackets or anything to put them at the right angle?

Im thinking that your brackets are just bent weird, the injectors should be perpendicular with the lim sealing surface, straight up and down.

Nope, haven't really troubleshooted this problem yet boys. Tomorrow I was going to try and bend the brackets to see if that works. It seems like that is the problem. I just wanted to see if this was a known issue or not

i also have the Gen1 logs, when i had my SSIC i had to bend the brackets to get the injectors to line up straight. im sure you have to bend the brackets to do the same

Just like the stock rails when installing a larger stage 2 IC...sometimes the bracket where it slides over the stud had to be bent slightly...just probably more in your case.
