'97 GTP: This car was hardly driven in the last 5 years until I repaired it, now I'm driving it. Oil level has been normal until recently. I changed the oil a few weeks ago (along with the fuel filter) and rechecked the level recently, now it is slightly overful and I can smell fuel in it. I am assuming an injector stuck open at shutoff and dumped what was in the rail into the crank. Instead of pulling the rail right away in an attempt to find a leak I've just been keeping an eye on it and driving it easy. Level has not changed at all, so I'm assuming the leak stopped for now. Note: When I first noticed this, I the vac line came off the FPR (now fixed). It was also very cold, like -20* here in MN. I have also ran some injector cleaner through it. Car runs great and starts fine.

"How bad" is it for me to drive this thing with a little gas in the oil while I keep an eye on it? I just switched to a good full synthetic and its going to be spendy if I have to keep changing it. IF I don't have any more leakdowns in the near future, I'll change it again. Could the disconnected FPR vac line have had anything to do with a leak? FPR itself doesn't seem to be leaking. Haven't hooked up a pressure gauge yet...
