So Im pretty sure I found the culprit to my ac not working...I got the orifice tube off and holy crap was it a mess!!! But when I pulled it out there was crap all inside the tubing (black/grey gunk) it looked like the crystals had melted to the metal...How can i get this out so i can get the new tube in?

Looks like your accumulator blew apart inside and is now in the lines. Best bet is to remove the lines and run some a/c flush through it till it comes clear. Also flush out your evap core as well as your condensor and replace the accumulator as well.
