They aren't normal O-Rings they are are in the shape of the screw

i have black ones and Orange ones

huh thats strange that zzp wouldnt include them. when i used to work at napa, i sold a ton of these - fel-pro, victor, even the crappy napa store brand set all came with the grommets

not blue the ones i took out were Orange and the other ones were black
