I need to know which one of these bushin's this is on our car

We have a Square one on Grand Prixs that connect to the Dogbones but this is the closest google image i could find lol

one of mine is cracked so i need to replace the rubber bushing after i get them powdercoated

also whats a simple way top remove and install the new ones?

the first link is the motor side of the dog bone.

the second link is a control arm bushing.

the third link is the frame side of the dog bone.

also whats a good way to remove this so i can install the new ones?

cut it out with a razor since youll never use it again.
