Ok so i just bought a 04 GTP. I used to be in the grand prix scene but i got into camaros and haven't paid attention to the modding side of GTPs for a while. (my 98 had a 3.4 pulley, borla exhaust, and intake). I was wondering if buying a smaller pulley for my 04 would be same as my 98 that i used to have and where to order from. It says my pics are too big or something here is a link to some pics

No it wont be the same, the 04 GTP has GEN V supercharger, where the 98 has the GEN III supercharger, the GEN II isnt as efficent as the GEN V so in order to put a smaller pully on your car you would have to do more mods. I have a CAI headers cat back colder plugs and T-stat and just now im thinking of going to a 3.4 pulley and a tune

headers won't be loud if you do a glass back for the res and some good quiet mufflers

headers alone dont make the car any louder at all. i ran headers with a high flow 2.5" cat bolted to the stock catback and it was as quiet as it was stock out the back side.

Yeah like stated. If your going to mod your GTP at all you'd better just get headers as your first mod. They are $220 on ebay for some speed daddy headers and do an amazing job. The 2 main restrictions in this car are the exhaust system and the heads. BTW, take care of your transmission as the more power and beating you put on it the more its going to really start wearing out. They aren't as strong they should be.
